The mission of Age Friendly Erie County is to connect residents to a collaborative network of organizations that contribute to creating more diverse, inclusive age-friendly communities. This includes services and organizations that directly serve older adults, and those who serve the community at large. Our goal is to make information about the vast number of services available across the domains of livability easy to access for residents and other organizations. We are committed to providing Erie County residents with direct HUMAN contact information to ensure effective communication with the Age Friendly network.
Please join the network if your agency/organization is interested in taking part in this commitment to improve access to information in Erie County. We will require you to answer several questions about your organization, the services you provide, and how the community can contact your organization. Be sure you have permission to list your organization, complete the form on behalf of your organization, and that someone else from your organization has not already completed the form to join the network. Thank you.
When your organization joins the Age Friendly Erie County network, you will agree to have your organization's name, logo, services, and direct HUMAN contact information listed on the Age Friendly Erie County website. In addition, you may choose to have your organization included in a variety of networking and partnership opportunities that may arise through Age Friendly Erie County.
